The International Office at the University of León is pleased to invite you to its first Erasmus Staff Training week from May 25 to May 30, 2015.
This event is open to the administrative staff of all International Relations Offices.

The main topic of this week is:

“International Offices for the best feedback and new challenges”
The main purpose of this event will be to enable networking and an exchange of experiences between members of International Offices at European universities. The primary objective is to welcome members from University of Leon partners but applications from other universities are also welcome.

We encourage all partners to make use of the Erasmus teaching and administrative staff mobility opportunities at their home institutions in order to finance their trip to León. During the event all participants will be asked to make a presentation about their institution. Therefore, some brochures, short videos and any other information material will be welcome.

Finally, participants will have the opportunity to discover one of the most historical regions in Spain. Afternoons will focus on the social programme with a number of activities related to our history and traditions.

The workshops will deal with the following issues:
-Mobility Programmes
-Integration of international students in the new university environment
-The International Office on the web and the new emerging digital environments
-University internationalization; projects and networks

The event includes:
-Attendance to all activities in the training programme (presentations, workshops, materials)
-Taking part in the social programme (city tours, trip around the region and farewell dinner).

Participants should cover their own expenses for travelling, accommodation and other meals. Visitors from our Erasmus partner universities can apply for an Erasmus Staff Training grant at their own institution's International Office.
How to Apply? Send us the application form available in this link.
This International Training Week will only go ahead with a minimum of 10 participants. The maximum number of participants is 15.
When to apply?  Deadline: 17 April (applications will be accepted on a first come first served basis).
